By Trentino tradition, the Chef Matteo, owner of the Hotel, and his wife Lorena, take a very special care to wines and to typical cousine. More than 40 different kinds of wine FROM Trentino and Alto Adige join the popular culture dishes like “Polenta and Capriolo”, “Canederli di Formaggio”, “Tagliatelle con funghi porcini”,”Polenta funghi e formaggio alla pistra”.

We offer a choice of different menù with three first course and three second, fruit and desserts.
We have thought a special menù for our younger guests as we looking forward to meet their taste and to get their staying as pleasant as possible.

El Paso Hotel offers a rich breakfast buffet with a large choice of food, juices, coffee and the freshest milk ever tasted, produced in a little farm in the town.
